Returns

At Colors of Faith, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship of our resin and glass art. We want you to absolutely love the pieces you bring into your home. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

1. Standard Return Policy

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unhung, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at Donna@colorsofaith.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Damages and Issues in Transit

Because our art involves glass and resin, we pack every order with extreme care. However, we know that transit can sometimes be rough. Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please email us at Donna@colorsofaith.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Important: Please include clear photographs of the damaged item and the original packaging so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom commissions or personalized artworks.

  • Items purchased on final sale or clearance.

  • Gift cards.

5. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within a certain amount of days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
